How do I sign up for Prince St. Pizza Rewards?
- Click the 'Sign Up For Free' button on this page.
- You will be asked to enter your name, birthdate, email address, phone number, address, and favorite location.
- Create a password.
- You're signed up!
Do I still need to register my credit card?
Our previous program used your credit card to track your purchases and give you automatic credit. We've listened to your feedback and our rewards program no longer requires you to register a card to join! If you would like to add a credit card to your account, you may enter it during checkout and choose to save the payment method.
How does Prince St. Pizza Rewards work?
When you become a member, you’ll receive 1 point for every $1 spent. You’ll be able to save up points and unlock rewards. You'll also receive birthday rewards, freebies, and even sneak peeks!
How do I use my points to get rewards?
Once you’ve earned enough points, you'll automatically unlock special rewards over time! Rewards will automatically appear in your account once they become available.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards expire 30 days from the time you unlock the reward. Other rewards delivered through email may be available for a limited time as well.
How many rewards can I redeem per visit?
Our policy is one reward redemption per visit.
Can I earn points through UberEats, DoorDash, etc.?
Members can only earn points by ordering through princestreetpizza.olo.com or when dining at one of our locations. 3rd party delivery services are not included in Prince St. Pizza Rewards.
Can I earn rewards progress if I use cash?
Yes! If you make a cash purchase when you dine-in, use the email or phone number registered with your loyalty account. Our team will make sure your order gets credited to your account!
Can I upload receipts for missed points?
Our new loyalty provider does not offer this feature, but we have requested it. In the meantime, you may submit an inquiry form here and send your receipt to us. We'll get your account updated!
Can I use a gift card to make purchases online?
Yes, but you will not earn rewards from using a gift card.
Why can't I log in to my account?
We updated our loyalty program in March 2026. Our new program requires all users to perform a password reset to access the new loyalty rewards experience. If you cannot reset your password, please submit an inquiry form here.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the Prince St. Pizza Rewards website or click here.
- Look for a link or button that says "Forgot Password," "Reset Password," or something similar. This is usually located near the fields where you enter your username and password.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account.
- After submitting your email address, check your inbox for a password reset email. This email will contain a link or instructions on how to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password. It's important that the email address you enter is the one associated with your account. If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder.
