1Sponsor and promotion period

The Prince St. Pizza Gears of War Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Prince St. Pizza, 420 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89145 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins September 28, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends October 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping device.

2Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Ontario, Canada, who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at entry, have a valid email address, and are members of PSP Rewards. Joining PSP Rewards at princestreetpizza.com/rewards is free and no purchase is required to join. Entrants must provide a valid email address and agree to receive email marketing from Prince St. Pizza as part of Rewards enrollment. Winner notices will be sent to the email address on the entrant’s Rewards account. Employees, officers, directors, franchisees and agents of Sponsor and its participating affiliates, prize provider and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3How to enter by purchase

During the Promotion Period, purchase an Emergence Whole Pie at any participating Prince St. Pizza store in the United States or Toronto, excluding the SoHo location, while identifying your PSP Rewards account at checkout; or purchase the pie for pickup or delivery through orderpsp.com while signed in to or otherwise linking your PSP Rewards account. Each qualifying pie earns one entry, including when multiple qualifying pies are bought in the same transaction. The purchase must be completed during the Promotion Period and linked to the entrant’s own PSP Rewards account. Uber Eats and other third-party marketplace orders do not qualify. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent or unlinked transactions do not qualify. There is no limit on the number of qualifying pie entries.

4Free mail in entry method

To enter without purchase, first join PSP Rewards for free at princestreetpizza.com/rewards. During the Promotion Period, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address associated with your PSP Rewards account, and the words “Gears of War Sweepstakes” on a 3 × 5 inch card. Mail the card in a separate, stamped, hand-addressed envelope to: Prince St. Pizza, Attn: Gears of War Sweepstakes, 420 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89145, USA. Limit one card and one entry per envelope. Entries must be postmarked September 28 through October 2, 2026, and received by October 6, 2026. No photocopies, bulk shipments or mechanically reproduced entries. Each valid mail-in card earns one entry. Multiple separately mailed entries are permitted, with no numerical cap, on the same basis as multiple qualifying pie purchases. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as purchase entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or postage-due mail.

5Drawing and odds

On or about October 6, 2026, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select 100 potential winners from all eligible entries received through both methods. No more than one prize per person or household. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.

6Prize

Each of 100 winners will receive both of the following digital codes for the standard edition of Gears of War: E-Day: (1) one Xbox game code, approximate retail value US $69.99 (approximately CAD $98.66); and (2) one Steam game code, approximate retail value US $69.99 (approximately CAD $98.66). The combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the two codes is US $139.98 (approximately CAD $197.32) per winner. The total ARV of all 100 prize packages is US $13,998 (approximately CAD $19,732). Canadian equivalents use the Bank of Canada’s September 23, 2026 indicative rate of CAD 1.4096 per US $1 and may differ from Canadian store prices. Both codes must be redeemable in the winner’s country of residence; Xbox and Steam platform, account, device, region and internet requirements apply. Compatible devices, accounts and internet service are not included. Codes may be subject to publisher redemption terms disclosed with the prize. No cash alternative or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Winners are responsible for taxes, if any.

7Winner notification and claim

Potential winners will be notified by email from ike@bestbuddyco.com to the email address associated with their PSP Rewards account, on or about October 6, 2026. A potential winner must reply within 24 hours of the time the notification is sent. Sponsor will email a prize release form, which the potential winner must complete, sign and return within three business days after it is sent. If a notification is undeliverable, a potential winner is ineligible, fails to respond or return the completed release on time, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee or provide a credit card number to claim a prize. Prizes will be emailed within seven days after Sponsor receives and approves the completed release, subject to game availability. Winners should check spam folders and ensure their Rewards email is current.

8General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, forged, obtained by fraud, or otherwise violate these Rules. Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, supply disruption or another cause beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, and may award the prizes from eligible entries received before the disruption where lawful. Sponsor’s decisions on administration and eligibility are final, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, interrupted orders, incorrect Rewards account details, or email filtering. Nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9Privacy and publicity

Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, notify and verify winners, deliver prizes, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with its privacy policy at princestreetpizza.com/privacy/. PSP Rewards email marketing is governed by the consent provided at signup and applicable unsubscribe rights. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize permits Sponsor to use a winner’s first name, last initial, city and state or province in a winners list without additional compensation. Any broader publicity use requires any consent required by law.

10Winners list

For a list of winners, mail a written request including your email address to Prince St. Pizza, Attn: Gears of War Sweepstakes Winners List, 420 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89145, USA, by December 31, 2026. Sponsor will provide the list by email without charge.

11Game and platform marks

This Sweepstakes is an authorized collaboration with Xbox. Gears of War: E-Day, Xbox and related marks are owned by their respective rights holders. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Valve is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
