Chef siblings Matthew and Joyce Chiu run Chiu Quon Bakery, a family-owned Chinese bakery in Chicago’s Chinatown known for its traditional Hong Kong-style pastries and daily selection of fresh buns and dim sum. Established in 1986, it remains one of the city’s most iconic bakeries.
