The Prince St. Pizza “Pizza Sells…” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is being conducted in connection with Prince St. Pizza’s limited-time collaboration with Megadeth featuring the “Vic’s Pepperoni” pizza and exclusive collaboration packaging.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

(“Sponsor”)
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
To be eligible to receive entries through a qualifying purchase, entrants must be enrolled in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program at the time of purchase. Customers who are not already members may enroll free of charge before or during their qualifying transaction.
Participants entering through the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) are not required to be members of the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, Megadeth and its representatives, promotional partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM Pacific Time on September 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 27, 2026.
The Sweepstakes includes three (3) prize drawings:
Grand Prize: Concert Ticket + Meet & Greet Drawing
Entries received between 11:00 AM PT and 8:00 PM PT on September 23, 2026 will be eligible for the Grand Prize.
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random following 8:00 PM PT on September 23, 2026.
Concert Ticket Drawing
Entries received between 11:00 AM PT and 8:00 PM PT on September 23, 2026 will be eligible for the Concert Ticket prizes.
Four (4) potential winners will be selected at random following 8:00 PM PT on September 23, 2026.
Signed Box + Merchandise Drawing
All eligible entries received between 11:00 AM PT on September 23, 2026 and 11:59 PM PT on September 27, 2026 will be eligible for the Signed Box + Merchandise drawing.
Entries submitted prior to the September 23 Concert Ticket drawing will remain eligible for the Signed Box + Merchandise drawing.
Twenty (20) additional potential winners will be randomly selected following the close of the Sweepstakes on September 27, 2026.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify drawing dates or times if reasonably necessary.
4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
See Section 4(B) for the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). Eligible AMOE entries will receive the same odds of winning as qualifying purchase entries.
A. Purchase Entry
During the applicable Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants who are enrolled in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each purchase of a Vic’s Pepperoni slice or whole pie at any of the following participating Prince St. Pizza locations:
- Prince St. Pizza — Westlake Village
- Prince St. Pizza — Studio City
- Prince St. Pizza — Pasadena
- Prince St. Pizza — Downtown Los Angeles
- Prince St. Pizza — West Hollywood
- Prince St. Pizza — Venice
- Prince St. Pizza — Malibu
The qualifying purchase must be associated with the entrant’s Prince St. Pizza Rewards account at the time of purchase.
Each purchase of a Vic’s Pepperoni slice or whole pie constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Purchases of other menu items do not qualify for an entry.
There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchase entries an eligible participant may receive during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entries generated prior to 8:00 PM PT on September 23 will be eligible for the Grand Prize, Concert Ticket drawings and the Signed Box + Merchandise drawing.
Entries generated after 8:00 PM PT on September 23 will be eligible only for the Signed Box + Merchandise drawing.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may send an email to:

For eligibility in the Grand Prize and Concert Ticket drawing, the email entry must be received between 11:00 AM PT and 8:00 PM PT on September 23, 2026.
For eligibility in the Signed Box + Merchandise drawing, the email entry must be received between 11:00 AM PT on September 23 and 11:59 PM PT on September 27, 2026.
AMOE entries received prior to 8:00 PM PT on September 23 will remain eligible for the Signed Box + Merchandise drawing.
Automated, mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, incomplete, or bulk submissions are void.
Entry Limits
There is no limit on qualifying purchase entries.
AMOE entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Prizes
Prize Tier 1 — Grand Prize
Megadeth Grammy Museum Tickets + Meet & Greet / “Have a Slice with Megadeth”
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to Megadeth’s event at the Grammy Museum on September 24, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 per pair
The prize consists solely of the event tickets unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules.
Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise, and all other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Tickets will be delivered using the method designated by Sponsor and/or the event organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
A Meet & Greet / “Have a Slice with Megadeth” experience for the winner and one (1) guest.

Location: Prince St. Pizza — Downtown Los Angeles
The experience is subject to artist availability, scheduling requirements, and any rules or restrictions established by Megadeth and/or its representatives.
The Meet & Greet experience has no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner and guest agree to keep the location, date, and time of the meet-and-greet experience strictly confidential prior to the conclusion of the experience and may not publicly post, share, publish, or otherwise disclose such details, including on social media until after 6:00 PM PT on September 24, 2026. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prize Tier 2 — Megadeth Grammy Museum Tickets
Four (4) winners will each receive:
Two (2) tickets to Megadeth’s event at the Grammy Museum on September 24, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 per pair
The prize consists solely of the event tickets unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules.
Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise, and all other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Tickets will be delivered using the method designated by Sponsor and/or the event organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize Tier 3 — Signed Megadeth Box + Shirt
Twenty (20) additional winners will each receive:
- One (1) custom Pizza Sells… Prince St. Pizza pizza box signed by Megadeth
- One (1) Megadeth merchandise shirt
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $TBD per prize
Shirt sizes are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsor cannot guarantee availability of any particular size.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
September 23 — Grand Prize and Concert Ticket Drawings
Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing following 8:00 PM PT on September 23, 2026 from all eligible entries received prior to the drawing.
Each potential winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Megadeth Grammy Museum event on September 24, 2026.
Following the selection of the five ticket winners, one (1) of those five winners will be selected at random to also receive the Meet & Greet / “Have a Slice with Megadeth” experience for themselves and one guest.
Potential winners will be notified by email from ike@bestbuddyco.com and/or by telephone using the contact information associated with the entrant’s Prince St. Pizza Rewards account or provided through the AMOE.
Potential winners must respond by 8:00 AM PT on September 24, 2026 to accept their prize.
Failure to respond by 8:00 AM PT may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Because the event takes place on September 24, entrants are responsible for monitoring their email and telephone following the September 23 drawing.
September 27 — Signed Box + Merchandise Drawing
Twenty (20) additional potential winners will be selected at random following the close of the Sweepstakes at 11:59 PM PT on September 27, 2026.
Potential winners will be notified by email from ike@bestbuddyco.com and/or by telephone using the contact information associated with their Prince St. Pizza Rewards account or provided through the AMOE.
Potential winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.
Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days following the final drawing date to:

7. General Conditions
All qualifying purchase entries must be associated with a valid Prince St. Pizza Rewards account.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified through the Rewards Program or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, artist availability, event changes, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, where permitted by law, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, promotional partners, Megadeth and its representatives, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries; technical failures or system errors; event postponements, cancellations, venue changes, artist schedule changes, or ticket issuer modifications; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
9. Event Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Best Buddy Hospitality and Prince St. Pizza.
Event tickets and artist experiences are subject to availability and to any terms, conditions, rules, and policies established by Megadeth, its representatives, the Grammy Museum, event promoter, ticket issuer, and/or venue.
Sponsor is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, venue change, artist availability, or modification of the event or Meet & Greet experience.
If the Meet & Greet / “Have a Slice with Megadeth” experience becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city of residence, photograph, video, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
The Meet & Greet winner and guest may also be asked to execute a separate appearance and content release in connection with photography or video captured during the experience.
11. Taxes
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants who enroll in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program are also subject to the terms and privacy practices applicable to that program.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
Except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Entrants agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes and waive any right to recover indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or attorneys’ fees.
