The Prince St. Pizza x Pierce The Veil “La Chona” Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is being conducted in connection with Prince St. Pizza’s limited-time collaboration with Pierce The Veil featuring the “La Chona” pizza and exclusive collaboration packaging.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

To be eligible to receive entries through a qualifying purchase, entrants must be enrolled in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program at the time of purchase. Customers who are not already members may enroll free of charge before or during their qualifying transaction.

Participants entering via the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) are not required to be members of the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. local time on September 3, 2026 and ends prior to the winner drawing on September 10, 2026.

The winner will be selected on September 10, 2026, for the Pierce The Veil concert taking place at Petco Park on September 12, 2026.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the drawing date if necessary.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. See Section 4(B) for the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). All AMOE entries receive the same odds of winning as purchase entries.

A. Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants who are enrolled in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each purchase of the limited-time “La Chona” slice or whole pie at either of the following participating Prince St. Pizza locations:

• Prince St. Pizza — Pacific Beach
• Prince St. Pizza — Gaslamp

The qualifying purchase must be associated with the entrant’s Prince St. Pizza Rewards account at the time of purchase.

Each purchase of a La Chona slice or whole pie constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Purchasing any other menu item does not qualify for an entry.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchase entries an eligible participant may receive during the Sweepstakes Period.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand print your:

on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received before the drawing on September 10, 2026.

Each mailed envelope counts as one (1) entry.

Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk submissions are void.

Entry Limits

There is no limit on qualifying purchase entries. AMOE entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize

The prize consists solely of concert tickets.

Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise, and all other expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner.

Tickets will be delivered electronically via the electronic ticketing platform designated by Sponsor.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on September 10, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period from the participating Pacific Beach and Gaslamp locations and eligible AMOE entries.

The potential winner will be notified by email from ike@bestbuddyco.com and/or telephone using the contact information provided during entry.

The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions

All qualifying purchase entries must be associated with a valid Prince St. Pizza Rewards account.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified through the Rewards Program or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures or system errors; concert postponements, cancellations, venue changes, or ticket issuer modifications; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

9. Event Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Best Buddy Hospitality and Prince St. Pizza in collaboration with Pierce The Veil.

Concert tickets have been provided by the participating artist and/or its representatives.

All tickets remain subject to the terms, conditions, and policies established by the ticket issuer, promoter, and venue.

Sponsor is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, venue change, or modification of the concert or for changes made by the venue, promoter, artist, or ticket issuer.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city of residence, photograph, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Taxes

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Entrants agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes and waive any right to recover indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or attorneys’ fees.
