"TWO BANDS, TWO PIZZAS" TICKET SWEEPSTAKES

The "Two Bands, Two Pizzas" Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is being conducted in connection with Prince St. Pizza's limited-time collaboration featuring Avenged Sevenfold's "A Little Pizza Heaven" and Good Charlotte's "The Deserve You Pie."

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

("Sponsor")

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

To be eligible to receive entries through a qualifying purchase, entrants must be enrolled in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program at the time of purchase. Customers who are not already members may enroll free of charge before or during their qualifying transaction. Participants entering via the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) are not required to be members of the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. local time on July 17, 2026.

Each participating market operates as a separate Sweepstakes and concludes upon winner selection, which will occur approximately three (3) days prior to the applicable concert date.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify drawing dates if necessary.

4. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. See Section 4(B) for the Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"). All AMOE entries receive the same odds of winning as purchase entries.

A. Purchase Entry

During the applicable Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants who are enrolled in the Prince St. Pizza Rewards Program may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each purchase of either of the following limited-time collaboration pizzas at a participating Prince St. Pizza location. The qualifying purchase must be associated with the entrant's Prince St. Pizza Rewards account at the time of purchase.

Avenged Sevenfold's "A Little Pizza Heaven"

Good Charlotte's "The Deserve You Pie"

Each purchase of either limited-time slice or whole pizza constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry for that market.

Purchasing any other menu item does not qualify for an entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible participant may receive.

Entries are valid only for the market in which the qualifying purchase was made.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Sweepstakes Period and received before the drawing for the selected market.

Each mailed envelope counts as one (1) entry.

Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk submissions are void.

Entry Limits

There is no limit on qualifying purchase entries. AMOE entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day.

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. PRIZES

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: Approximately $4,950 USD

Prizes consist solely of concert tickets.

Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise, and all other expenses are solely the responsibility of each winner.

Tickets will be delivered electronically via Ticketmaster transfer or another electronic ticketing platform designated by Sponsor.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Random drawings will be conducted approximately three (3) days before each concert from all eligible entries received for the applicable market.

For the Los Angeles Market, one (1) winner will be selected from each participating location.

Potential winners will be notified by email from Ike@bestbuddyco.com and/or by telephone using the contact information provided during entry.

Potential winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each market.

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days following the applicable drawing date to:

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

All qualifying purchase entries must be associated with a valid Prince St. Pizza Rewards account. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified through the Rewards Program or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries;

Technical failures or system errors;

Concert postponements, cancellations, venue changes, or ticket issuer modifications; or

Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

9. EVENT DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Best Buddy Hospitality and Prince St. Pizza in collaboration with Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte.

Concert tickets have been provided by the participating artists.

All tickets remain subject to the terms, conditions, and policies established by the ticket issuer, promoter, and venue.

Sponsor is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, venue change, or modification of the concert or for changes made by the venue, promoter, artist, or ticket issuer.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city of residence, photograph, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. TAXES

All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are solely the responsibility of each winner.

12. CANADA-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared an official winner.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. For Canadian residents, personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

For United States residents, all disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

For Canadian residents, this Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Nothing contained herein limits any consumer rights available under applicable Canadian law.

Entrants agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes and waive any right to recover indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or attorneys' fees.
